Right im gonna start a food thread too i slipped a tad yesterday and i actually felt really sluggish so it is amazing what eating well does for me lol

So far today i have had
2 x crumpets and marg - 3 points
milk allowence - 2 points
 
I think i managed to stay within my points yesterday

5 points in the morning

Before work i had

Melba toast and ham - 1.5 point
Packet walkers crisps - 2 points
and some thing else for a couple of points but i dont remember what lol


At work i had 2 marmite sandwhiches - 2.5 points
1 packet frazzles - 1 point

So by dinner time i was on 14.5 and for dinner we had chicken breast ( skinless ) wrapped in pancetta ham slice fried lightly in oil to seal the juices in and roasted in the oven, mashed potato with 1 egg and some butter mixed in ( i didnt know he had put that in ) grilled asparagus and roasted tomatoes, they had something on them but he said only a light splash of olive oil to give flavour. It was REALLY good and i resisted the flake he had bought me for dessert because i didnt want to go over my points and obviously i dont know how many were in that but i had earnt a few exercise points from the gym so hopefully if it WAS more than 10.5 then they will cover it....... i tended to think 10.5 would have covered it when i was roughly adding it together
