    I am so pleased just wanted to let everyone know I have been to see my cdc this morning and I have lost 4lb this week:D

    So I will be at my half way point soon with any luck, just hope I loose lbs next week to keep my will power and motivation going.

    Thank you for your responses. I am really pleased :D

    I struggle with staying focussed at the weekends as my lot all eat junk with no weight gain problems.
    :(

    So to keep myself focussed I am off for a look around the shops. I am going to look at my favouritve shoes:D

    I have been saving a little so I can buy them when I get to my goal :eek:
