My "Get to Goal" diary (Week-per-post)

    (I have made this diary 1 week to a post, so it's easy for people to see instead of scrolling through pages, and easy for newbies to steal ideas!)

    WEEK 1: DAY 0 (15.2.2010)

    I will get to target this year. I have under 30lbs to go. I know I can do it.

    My New Me Resolutions:

    -Forward planning: I will pre-plan all my meals.
    -Weigh those HEXA/B's.
    -Drink lots of water.
    -Exercise atleast 3 times a week.

    2010 is the start of the new me... Ahh... xx

    Goal 2: Get to 164lbs and have a BMI of 24.9! (In the healthy range!)

    BREAKFAST: 28g Cheerios (HEXB), 250ml Milk SS (HEXA), Tea. Apple, Orange.

    LUNCH: Small potato, 1/2 can beans, 28g cheese (HEXB), 15g Asda Light Mayo (2 SYNS???)

    DINNER: Crispy potato skins, Sweet poatato wedges, various syn free dips. Salad. 28g Philli Light (2.5 SYNS ???).

    SNACKS: Fat Free Yog, Chopped Apple.

    TOTAL SYNS: 4.5

    EXERCISE: Running round after my toddler in an indoor play area??? Lol

    Ah, there be a reason!! We did online shopping to last a week but we got awful fruit that didn't last more than a day! :( got another delivery today and am pleased to say lots of fruit yum yum. X

    LUNCH: Jacket Potato, Baked beans, 28g Cheese (HEXA), 15g Heinz Light Mayo (1.5 SYNS???)

    DINNER: Quorn Spag Bol, Spaghetti, 28g Cheese (HEXB)

    SNACKS: Apple, Satsumas. 28g Coco pops (5.5 SYNS) Milk 100ml (2??? Syns) Sugar free jelly (1 SYN)

    SNACKS: Mid-morning: Satsuma, pineapple, grapes FF yog. Mini Time-out x 2 (10 SYNS).

    TOTAL SYNS: 10

    WATER: 2.5L

    EXERCISE: 50 mins/10miles/320cals! Cross Trainer.

    SNACKS: SF Jelly (0.5 SYNS), 11 Mikado (5.5 SYNS), Mini Time-out (5 SYNS)

    TOTAL SYNS: 16.5, Oh dear!!! :eek:

    EXERCISE: 1hr fast walk
