This will be my diary...
Age- 30
Weight- 18:4
Height- 5'6

I must get healthy,I was rushed into hospital Friday night with a superventricular tachycardia which scared the living daylight out of me,I'm a mum of 3 and was scared I was about to leave them,if that's not incentive enough I don't know what is!!
I started yesterday so here's what I ate......

Breakfast- nothing (woke up late)

Lunch- Ham and tomato roll
Yogurt
Tea- Chicken breast
Homemade fry light chips
Salad
Snacks- Clementine
Cucumber
Almonds
Sugar free jelly +squirt of cream
Plus had a naughty but of garlic bread.
 
Today:
Breakfast- 40g Weetabix minis+SS Milk
Clementine

Lunch- Boiled egg+salad cream roll
Half bag of skips






Snacks- Almonds
Yogurt

What a scary thing to happen, well done for deciding to do something about it. Have you tried myfitnesspal ? It's a great website and phone app for tracking your food.
