    Hi all.
My hen party is booked for the end of May. I know it's way off, but I want to know in advance what I should be doing.
It will obviously consist of lots and lots of alcohol, dancing and eating!
I am going to forget the diet for that weekend- which I think I'll be perfectly entitled to if I stick to this since Jan! far in advance would I need to stop SS and start eating carbs?
After the hen party, I will have June and July to get the last bit of weight off on SS or whatever I'm on then, before we get married!
It's coming round so quickly, madness!

First of all.. congratulations! :) Sounds fantastic fun and a great incentive for sticking to plan too :), and yes definately entitled to the break!!

I'd say to speak to your CDC but would personally be upping the plans as per advice, i believe then that you don't get the instant 'gain' that you do when you just jump off CD.

I'm not very 'up' on it though, so no great advice sorry. Sure the CDC's on here will be able to help :)

Thanks, have read that. So basically, about 2 weeks before, I should be going up the plans, so that I'm out of ketosis before the hen party? Does that sound right? Don't want to be ill!
