My herbalife diary!

Hi!
Not a great week for me so giving myself a kick up the bum......have gained weight and 2 inches. I'm going to do a bit of a diary as looking back, there's been the odd biscuit sweet or cracker.... Please feel free to comment or help!

Friday so far.
2 cups of tea :/
1 choc shake made with s.skimmed milk.
2 pints of water.
3 slices of chicken.

Friday night : spag bol full of veg with broccolli on the side

Saturday: strawberry shake x 2, almonds, protein bar, gammon and veg. 2 teas and 3 ltr water

Sunday : choc shake x 2, minibel lights, protein bar, pork dinner with lots of veg. 3 teas and 2ltr water

Monday- 2 shakes, pear, 1 protein bar, chicken breast with lots of veg. 2 teas, 1 coffee, 2.5 ltrs of water.

Tuesday - 2 shakes, babybel light, protein bar. Aiming to have turkey meatballs tonight with veg and a bit of pasta.

No what's that?!

Lost2lbs and 2.5 iches all over last week. Nearly a stone now which will hopely go by xmas. And another 17lbs until I'm at my target.

How long have you been doing it? Any tips? X

So chicken pizza is

1 chicken breast butterflied and beaten until it is nice and thin (this is the pizza base) then put some tomato puree on it and some peppers, mushrooms, onions, place in the oven gas mark 4 for about 15 mins or until chicken is cooked.
Remove from oven and place goats cheese and mixed italian herbs on top and put back in oven for about 5 mins (allow cheese to melt)

Serve with a salad

Still going. Passed two weeks haven't been great. I am sticking to it but things aren't shifting as quick as I'd like. I only want to lose another stone but it's so stubborn!
How about you?

My weightloss is slow did the detox at the start of the new year and lost 5lbs in the first 7 days need stop weighing myself cos when I do and see a loss I fall off the wagon i am soooo stupid. I know the theory I just need to stick with it. Stay strong everyone
