I Want to lose wieght becuase:
I want to feel healthy and Look good, after putting on two stone after giving up smoking I haven't found it half hard to lose wieght. Any loss is always soon back on again due to overeating. I often find myself shovelling it in even when not hungry, eating when I feel down and eating all the time out of just plain boredom. I really dont know what comes over me, sometimes it is like I can see myself over indulging put just cany stop. This originally started from repalcing cigs with snacks and is now out of control.
I miss being slim and not fitting into all my trendy clothes, I miss all the compliments I used to get for being such a slim mummy with two small boys only a 18months apart. I miss my energy levels and am sick of feeling tired (due to poor diet, probably). And I am here to get my old self back.
I want to nip this in the bud rather than later when I'm greatly over wieght. Healthy eating and portion control is very diffficult as at times it's so hard to stop when you should. This why TS is ideal for me. This diet is difficult but once i am at my goal I know I will feel fantastic.
It will be more than worth it at the end.
Goals:
Current weight 10.10lbs
Lose 1st 3lbs (ish)
Goal Wieght 9.7- 9.4
Gonna go for it as all your slim summer clothes from last year are waiting!
