My journey begins tomorrow (again)

Well I went back to my CDC this evening.

I've put about half a stone back on since stopping CD last month, so it wasn't as bad as I thought.

I'm currently 11st 3.75lbs and my goal weight is 9 stone.

Started off quite well, but now I feel quite rough! I've got a headache and feel really sleepy/groggy.

I've downed my first 2 litres, so the water's going down well!

I'm glad I know it will pass, I can see why people want to stop feeling this rough!!!

Just hang in there...it'll get better.My first and second days were really tough, but I feel much better now.

When I first did CD I had NO feelings of roughness!!! I didn't understand why people struggled!!!

After my honeymoon I started again and felt a bit rougher and this time rougher still!!

I'll hang on don't worry, I need to do this!
