So I joined SW 4 weeks ago! the first week I lost 2 pound the second week I los another 2 pound but I have stayed the same the past two weeks!

My weigh in is on Saturday and today is Monday so fresh start and more effort put in this week!

I am guessing alcohol was the problem the past 2 weeks.

I plan to make a chicken stew tonight which I made last week and it was delicious.. my other meals for this week are spag bol and sticky chicken and I will also have an omelette and chips for dinner one of the days too.

I hope I can get to know people in this group as I work better with motivation :) All comments welcome
 
Hi NicMarie, I don't know much about SW but I do know my weight is up and down all the time...its a process not a race so just keep plodding on. Best wishes
