Hello, I've decided to set up a little diary for myself. I won't be posting everyday, but I wanted somewhere to record my journey. I've been doing Slimming World for a few months now, I've lost a few pounds but I haven't really stuck to it at the weekends. I'm a bit fed up with counting syns and healthy extras, so I thought I'd try something new. I've started reading a book by Patrick Holford called Optimum Nutrition Made Easy. I'm going to start off by following his guidelines for healthy eating. My main aim is healthy eating and exercise. I already do a little bit of exercise, but not enough. I'm going to try and go to a few more fitness classes at the gym and do some more walking. I'm also going to include lots of water and sometimes herbal tea 
I'm currently in the 10 stone bracket (which is over weight for my height), and my first goal is to get into the 9's
