Well I'm new to slimming world, having put on 4 stone being pregnant, I have now just 1 stone to go! I had my baby 4.5 months ago! I was 9stone 12lbs before getting pregnant and I'm currently 11 stone!
I would hints and tips to maximise weight loss?
