Hi everyone, I am not new to minimins or slimmingworld, I was a member last year and managed to lose some weight but its managed to creep back on!
I go travelling in 6 weeks, so that is my target to lose up to 14lb starting from today!I will be doing this on my own at home and using minimins for advice and support!
