Hi all,

Have been lurking around for a while, making one post about a lost slimming world card!

But this weeks been a bit of a struggle for various reasons and my eating is slipping, I haven't eaten much "wrong" food but haven't been eating regularly or drinking much, therefore I thought writing it on here a)might keep me focused and b)I might get some helpefuly comments.

I have about 3 stone left to lose, after losing 1st 2lbs in January :) which I was chuffed about!

Any comments would be gratefully appreciated,

I'll start with today as it seems as good a place as any...

Sunday Extra Easy

And Fruit if hungry
