Hello all,

Let me tell you all a little about me....

My name is Gemma, I am 31 and I started my xenical healthy eating plan today.

I am 5" 3 and weighed in this morning at 15 Stone 2 Pound.

My goal weight is 9 stone 7 Pounds.

I am going on holiday to Spain in 21 weeks and hope to lose a good couple of stone.

I hope to lose 2-3 pound a week.

I plan on walking for an hour everyday.

Breakfast: Tea
Quaker porridge

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Big soup - Chicken herb and dumpling

Weight Watcher Crisps

Snack: Banana

Dinner: 2 Cod cakes with tin spaghetti

Shape Yoghurt

Squash

I have also drunk 2 litres of water.

I did a brisk walk for an hour.

I will weigh in every saturday and let you all know how I am doing.

Had a pretty good day today and yesterday was good too.

I did an hours brisk walk.

I have drunk 2 litres of water.

Breakfast: Activia breakfast yoghurt

Snack: Banana

Lunch: 2 Fish cakes with tin spaghetti

Weight Watcher Crisps

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Cod new potatoes and tin spaghetti

Shape Yoghurt

Squash

I have felt quite full today and satisfied today.

Well done. I'm glad you're finding you're feeling quite full. You seem to be able to eat little and often. Wish I had that skill (I've mastered the often part ;))

I am just taking each day at a time. I thought if I eat little and often I won't be hungry to snack on naughty things x

Dinner: Chicken Breast in Leek sauce, potatoes
and veg

Well today has been a bit of a struggle today but I have stuck with it.

Snack: Banana
Lunch: Corned beef and tomato sandwich
Weight Watchers Crisps
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolonase
Shape Yoghurt

I nearly caved in on my way home and bought a bottle of wine but I walked straight pass the shop - yay me!

This is day 4 and it has been ok up until now but I am glad I stuck with it :) x
 
Well done for getting bywithout the xen, and walking past the shop. You're over the halfway mark of your first week. Keeping it together should make for a really good start to your journey.
