Today tues...

B- toast (heb) and marmite(free), cup of tea with splash of milk (2syns)

L- ham, tomatos, cucumber, beetroot, onion (free)... Ff natural yogurt w/ davinchi syrup (free)

D- bolagnase (free), quark w/ sweetner and vanilla essence w/ strawberries

Snacks- bannana, orange, kitkat (12.5 syns)
 
Green Wednesday....

B- cup of tea splash of milk (2syns)

L- Mcain jacket spud (2syns), 90g reduced fat cheese (both hea), 28g butter (5.5syns), natural yogurt w/ davinchi syrup

D- veggie curry with rice :drool:

Snacks- 3x oranges, 6xcrackerbread (heb), 30g choccy philli (4.5syns)

Green Thursday....

B- milk (hea) and davinchi syrup, bannana, ff natural yogurt and 2x plums

L- leftover curry, brown roll (heb), scraping of butter (2syns)

D- sw chips, quorn fillets, mayo (5syns)

Snacks- 84g cheese(hea) & (6syns), spicy carrot cake (heb), quark mixed with vanilla essense and sweetner :drool:

L- 2x mcain jackets (2syns), soft cheese (heb), butter (10syns)

D- smash pizza...... With thanks to Pete's recipes

Had an amazing evening with loads of money raised for charity.... Didnt eat anything out so no syns :) :) :)

Just eaten a kitkat for my syns thou (12.5syns)

Ok so cant remember what i had yesterday for food i was so exhausted :( today is a better day
