My Long Journey...Need to loose half my body weight...and some!!!

Ate WAYYYYYYYY to many syns in shortcake biscuits last night :( BUT AM back on track today. Not going to give up....

EE day...

B Banana and coffee

L Homemade veggie soup

T Carvery as it my mums birthday. Going to have turkey or beef no roast pot but will have mash and that will be my syns for today

Hea Skimmed milk

Synn yog mash pot and gravy not sure how many syns but will count as 15 to be safe!.

Just back from carvery :) Avoided the gravy as it was swimming in fat had my mash and a spoonful of cauliflower cheese in stead had gammon and beef and cut all the fat off. Washed down with a large diet coke :) xxx

Went to the gym this afternoon, 280 cals burnt plus 5 weight machines :) xxx
 
Just made my first cake in a mug was yummy :) xxx
 
6 1/2 lbs lost :) happy with that :)

Had a friend round for a coffee this morning and stayed clear of the biscuits :)
