My lovely Breakfast - do I need to syn it?

    Extra easy day because having beef with new pots and veg later.

    So - breakfast / brunch was...

    Bacon (ww fried in frylight)
    2 slices of eggy bread (ww bread dipped in beaten egg and fried in frylight with the bacon)
    Baked beans

    All tasted too good to not have some syns - should I be synning something for this if on extra easy???

    Phew - thought so, but it just seemed too good to be true.
    Have always stuck mainly to green days before, so am a bit nervous with this extra easy malarky.

    No problem - it's been written on the B section of my food diary.

    This one was delish - and the roast's looking good for later. But generally I feel like I'm cheating when I do extra-easy so have avoided it a bit. Keep reading what other people say on here though so am giving it a bit more of a go.
