Extra Easy my lunch - seem okay?

Heading off to uni for my first day on plan out of the house.. Only had fruit for breakfast as I struggle to eat in the morns so was worried that I might get hungry and end up eating rubbish so might have overcompensated..

My lunch: huge salad with chicken savoury rice.
Snacks: carrot sticks, a pear, my 2 alpen light bars as a bhex..

Thought it was best to be safe than sorry.. Does this seem okay for lunch/snacks?

Thanks :) I'm just getting used to the plan -finding it quite easy on extra easy as it just seems so simple to make good low-fat meals.. So easy in fact that I worry I'm doing it wrong :/ let's see if the weight comes off as easy, I'm guessing not!
