Hiya lovely just been lookinh at your diary i know sometimes its disappointing when youve tried so hard the loss itsnt more i just wondered do you still habe any problems with implant because i struggled to lose with that in but i know you said yours was sorted xx

Hiya Leah. Its only been this last month that I have had trouble losing. So I'm hoping that this fast forward will boost me this week. Then ill be off plan for 2 weeks with holiday then after going back on plan I should get a good loss again. So its just this week I need to get a good loss.
I thought sod it today though. If I want it I'm having it! Not like me at all. But I think if I am being so limited on what I can have this week then ill have today off. !

My girls went back to school today. They said when they got home that they won't have trouble sleeping tonight. It was a bit of a shock to the system getting up at 7.20.am

Very pleased i have lost 2 and half pounds this week i am now 11 stone 6 and half pounds back on track now will post food diary later

I feel like i didnt deserve that loss i did have a kfc but definately going to stay on plan now only 4 weeks cant wait. I dont mind red days as sometimes i think carbs bloat me but most of time i miss not having them too lol. Its good to be back missed not been able to talk.

Ham and beetroot sandwich using hxb

Chicken lettuce radish spring onion with batchelors beef rice honey and musard dressing 3 syns

2 bags of beef space raiders 6 syns
Batchelor pot shot mild curry noodles
Punnet of grapes

Are you girls settled back into school life now?
My oldest came home with 4 pieces of homework today that needed to be handed in tomo. I think the teachers think they don't have anything better to do.
I really disagree with homework. I think they have enough time learning. They need to just relax and refresh when they are at home.!
