My maintenance diary!

    So im hovering around the 9 stone mark after loosing three stone with slim fast since march, then been maintaining since november calorie counting . Been a bit naughty lately so thought id start a diary keep myself on track!

    I have 1400 cals daily which i split 700 in the day 700 for tea and evening plus a few brews!

    Cereal bar, chicken nugget happy meal, crisps 655 cals

    Jacket pot 600 , jelly10 and choc cake 105

    Hey i have been by your thread a few times you have done so well how long have you managed to maintain for ?

    well I had a small gain over the christmas period then back to where I was christmas eve fairly shortly afterwards before christmas I was still losing..

    Aw just reading ur diary makes me tiered your very active!

    Well on nights this week now so always a little mixed up but keep to my calories best i can ! Lets see how they go (quick i hope!)

    Hey just finished a week of nights and didnt count last night ha ha will weigh in next week prob let it even out!

    Wooo well done you i think its the hardest part of it all iv put the weight back on two three times but not again!! Its so good to hear some one else can do it .

    It says i need 1550 cals to stay same and i have about 1400 so i have nearly a days worth of calories spare each week which covers my takeaway n few drinks each week!!
