I did have something more adventurous planned but I had to do something after work that took longer than expected and when I got home I was HUNGRY! So made a quick dinner:

Special Beans:
1 tin Heinz reduced sugar and salt beans (F)
2 large flat mushrooms, diced (S)
Half punnet of plum tomatoes, halved (S)
Small red onion, chopped (S)
With garlic, smoked paprika, and hot chilli (F)
2 eggs, scrambled (F)

Snacks
5 x Laughing Cow Light (HexA)


Drinks today: Water, Green Tea, and Coke Zero

Baked smoked haddock (F)
Roast broccoli (S)

Dinner
Italian Meatballs
Slimming World Meatballs (F)
Passatta (F)
Red, Green, Yellow peppers (S)
Plum tomatoes (S)
Red onion (S)
Garlic, Oregano and Thyme (F)
Topped with 40g Low Low Cheese (HexA)

I've shown my OH's plate in the images for this one for illustration purposes only, as he had wholewheat spaghetti with his! I'm trying to follow SP as much as possible Mon - Fri so I didn't have any, and thought aesthetically his plate looked better :D

2 Mandarin oranges (S)
Tiny piece cut off a cupcake, just to taste it, will say (2 syns)

Thanks BM, it was really filling so I was happy enough with my big portion, love those meatballs! :D

Safe to say I'm a bit 'over' broccoli now, time to move on to something else. It's my little boy's first birthday tomorrow so here's hoping I stay on plan as much as possible!

lol, 100 g of cottage cheese would not be enough for me at all, but understand that some people don't have a big appetite in the morning. It was only when I started with SW that I started eating breakfast, never used to :cool:. As for portion sizes... I will happily and easily eat portions meant for 2! I am so greedy sometimes :rolleyes:. I always try and have my 1/3 of speedfood though and most days I only snack on fruit in between meals, guess that helps :)

Aw, hope you will get Rammstein tickets as a wedding present to attend a concert in future. I have seen them in Prague but that was ages ago. Brilliant show and the pyrotechnics were amazing :)

Don't worry about portions lol I always make SW recipes for me and hubby even though it states serves 4 people lol not done me any harm yet lol
