My meal plan for the week ahead - All free to use it

As I am finding it so hard to put a meal plan together (I have a brain fart every time I try think of meals :rolleyes: ) I thought I would share them with you so that you can also use them if you like.

So - This weeks meal plan is -

Monday -

Breakfast - Low Sugar Alpen & Skimmed Milk,

Green tea - 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - 4 ryvita, philly extra light and wafer thin ham, sliced tomato, Pint of squash

Green tea - Banana

Tea - DH is treating me to some Steak in peppercorn sauce with veg, pint of squash

Tuesday -

Breakfast - Low Sugar Alpen & Skimmed Milk

Green Tea & 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - Prawn & Pasta Salad (home made - Prawns, Pasta, corn,onions and cucumber) Pint of low sugar squash

Green Tea

Tea - Spag bol - with quorn mince, baked beans and spaghetti & pint of squash

Green Tea

Wednesday -

Breakfast - Optivia & Skimmed Milk, Mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon

Green Tea & 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - small fillet of Rainbow Trout, Pilau Rice & Salad, Pint of no sugar Squash

Green Tea

Tea - Jacket tater with 2 dollops low fat garlic & herb cream cheese, Fruit cocktail, pint of squash

Thursday -

Breakfast - Optivia & Skimmed Milk, Mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon

Green Tea & 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - Ham & Salad Wrap - pint of squash

Green Tea

Tea - Tagliatelle for family, WW meal for me, Pint of squash, WW dessert

Green Tea

Friday (film & take away night) -

Breakfast - Optivia & Skimmed Milk, Mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon

Green Tea & 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - Prawn & Salad cream wrap, fruit for dessert

Tea - Quorn burger (family normal burgers) in a bun, Tesco light choices oven chips & Salad, Pint of squash

Green Tea

Saturday -

Breakfast - Optivia & Skimmed Milk, Mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon

Green Tea & 1 light choices low fat biscuit

Lunch - WW meal & salad, pint of squash

Green Tea

Tea - turkey tikka & salad & rice, pint of squash

Green Tea

Sunday -

Breakfast - Optivia & Skimmed Milk, Mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon

Green Tea

Lunch - WW meal, pint of squash

Green Tea

Tea - Roast & glass of wine

Green Tea

Salads for snack attacks, plenty of water/squash and 1 pint of water daily with 30 mins on Wii fit and Green tea as and when I want any :D

Forgot to add - The week doesn`t start off particularly low fat/healthy with the Alpen and Steak. This is because I am having my cholesterol etc checked on Weds am and I want to eat "normally" before then so that I get a true result.

Once I have had it, I will be eating Optivia for breakfast which has something in it to lower cholesterol and is low fat (thanks Ali!!). The boiled water with a slice of lemon is to try kick start my metabolism. The rest of the weeks meals I (hopefully) have worked out to fit in with the Xenical low fat diet.

Looks good.....just make sure your squash is low calorie ;)
 
Yeah it`s low cal sugar free ;)

I really struggle to drink water :sigh: So it is juice or nothing ;)

Only been on the xenical a week, so love to look at diaries from people who have been on the diet longer than me! You have given me some good ideas. Thanks Hun xxx

And i must admit i am the same - i can't do plain water all the time so my best friend is sugar free juice x
