TUESDAY - RED - Slowcooker Beef Stew

WEDNESDAY - GREEN - Coriander Chilli Baked Beans with Mash

THURSDAY - RED - Tuna Steaks with Stirfry

FRIDAY - GREEN - Quorn Cottage Pie

SATURDAY - RED - Potato & Sausage Stew with Bacon

SUNDAY - RED - Meal out - (prize) Fish & Chips at Restaurant

MONDAY - GREEN - Ham Frittata

Real Chips!!

Hiya,

I only joined SW 2 weeks ago so i'm not sure what the deal is but i've heard it's not a good idea to 'save' syns. Is this correct?

I love the idea of being good all week and having some proper chips on the weekend!!

some people say not to but others say it's fine! i do it all the time and if i've been good the rest of the week then i still get good loses despite havin most of my syns at the weekend! stil everybody is different so you dont know if it will work for you until you try it!

I really hope it does work for me! I'm fine during the week but need a treat at the weekend! Do you exercise at all?
