My Menu this week starting tomorrow

Worked out this weeks menu....

TUES: RED - Stewed Steak, Carrots and Green Beans

WEDS: GREEN - Quorn Spag Bol

THURS: RED Corned Beef Hash

FRI: GREEN - Chilli mix up

SAT: RED - Chicken Tikka Masala (new recipe to try!)

SUN: RED - Pork Chops, Pots, Veg, Gravy & 2 x Yorkshire Puds

MON: GREEN - Jacket Potato and Chickpea Dhal

green beans, french beans, stringy/runner beans, balor beans, cluster beans, papri beans what these last 3 are i have no idea ut they are on the superfree list in the handbook

Yes...Green beans are free on a Red Day. I have been eating them for years on the SW plan.
Menu plan looks good, but dont forget to syn your corned beef as that is no longer free on a Red Day.

Thanks all - WOW what a debate over Green Beans (LOL)!!!
Yes I do syn my Corned Beef - a tin of Lean Corned Beef is 4 syns but my tins have a extra % so I have to allow 7 syns a tin, makes it nice and meaty though!!!!
The Corned Beef Hash- boil potatoes (HEB amount- I do 2 x HEB) then drain and add corned beef and an onion chopped up. MASH all together then either fry till hardened in frylight in pan OR add beaten egg and press into sandwich tin - bake 30 mins Gas 7 - that makes it like a quiche almost - can be eaten hot or cold.
