I have a function Saturday 24th January so i'd love to lose another stone...so this is my next min challange, hopefully i might squeeze a couple more lbs......
I know losing a stone in a week is fantastic for the first week, for my second week I would be happy just with perhaps 3/4 lbs due to xmas day etc. Hope this is going to be the case.
hiya this is very doable keep focused drink plenty of water and if you feel upto it some light exercise a nice walk get of the bus a couple of stops earlier it all adds up
funnily enough i've had enforced exercise the last couple of weeks the lift broke at work....just been fixed thank goodness ok only on f3rd floor but was a killer
