Evening all, i started Tuesday so thought i'd do my diary for today and yesterday and will attempt to post every day (even when naughty);
Tuesday:
Breakfast - SF Chocolate peanut meal bar
Lunch - SF Vanilla ready made shake
Dinner - Salmon fillet topped with red pesto with steam veg and homemade tomato sauce (passata, olive oil, garlic and onions)
Snacks - Apple & Banana
Wednesday:
Breakfast - SF Chocolate peanut meal bar
Lunch - SF Chocolate ready made shake
Dinner - Steak with all fat removed done on griddle pan with onions and green peppers with homemade chips (made with olive oil) and salad (550 cals)
Snacks - SF Cheesey crisps, apple and 6 almons and banana
Today:
Breakfast - SF Summer crunch meal bar
Lunch - SF Chocolate peanue meal bar
Dinner - Slimming world recipie shepherds pie (swede and potato top) with Steam veg
Snacks - Apple & 6 almonds, cheddar cheese stick, SF cheesey crisps
Stood on the scales this morning and had lost 2lb already - chuffed!! (ok yes it's probably water but still!)
