Hi all
I'm starting a new diary o try and get my motivation back. I went on holiday in September then had a wedding down in devon in october and spent the week there for my DDs 2nd birthday and I just can't seem to get my head back in it. I'm only a lb heavier then what I was before my september holiday but its just been up and down since then and i just need it to start going the right way again!
Me, the hubby and DD have just moved into my parents house for a few months to save some money to be able to afford to move to devon long term around feb time next year and I'm finding it so difficult to keep control of my food. My meals have all be SW friendly as I'm cooking for us all every night and doing the food shopping etc but my mum always gets loads of biccies and choccy in, which I can usually stay away from and I am trying so hard but after a few days I lose my resolve and thats followed by a few days of comfort eating cos I'm mad at myself for giving in....go figure! I think I'm finding it quite stressful being back with the parents and I'm turning to food as comfort again, which is probably why I had weight issues in the first place. I need to break this habbit, hense why I'm re-starting a new diary. I need as much help and support as I can get.
Some of you may have seen me around here at some point, I'm not a massive minimins user, I love the site, just my 2 year old DD keeps me busy so I'm not the best at keeping up to date with everyones diaries, I just about have enough time to update my own and have a quick browse. I will try harder to make time to check in with everyone.
I really want to get my 5 stone award (6 stone total loss) by the last WI before xmas which will mean I need to lose 11lbs in 5 weeks so really need to stick to plan as much as possible.
Today I have had/am having:
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Superspeed soup with 2 x wholemeal bread (small loaf HEB)
Dinner: Simply baked salmon with boiled rice and plum tomatoes
HEA milk in coffee/tea
Syns: 5.5 for 2 finger kitkat
Also going to get some more fruit for after dinner and might have a shape zero too.
Has anyone got and tips to help me stay away from the evil choc, apart from asking mum not to by any as she won't stop....tried that one already.
