Well since you all started the 28 day challenge and are well into it i'm going to do my own challenge because I am seriously finding everything hard and a non starter.
So I shall wake in the morning, look in the mirror.. stick to my 4 packs and have 10 pints of water a day. Exercise every night until my holiday. I shall then let you all know how I have done.
