My progress!

    Hi there! My start weight was 14st 7lbs! I joined slimming world three weeks ago and have stuck to it ever since, although ive so far only lost 3lbs, 1+1/2 on my first week and the same on my second week.
    I go to my local group every tuesday night an am actually enjoying it, last night we had a 'taster week' where everyone brought in samples from the slimming world recipe books and i made some biscuits which everyone loved! It was my first attempt at baking from the recipe book so im quite proud of myself lol, ive also made some soups from the new soup recipe book.

    Anyway, good luck to everyone this week, im aiming to lose 2lbs by next week and at least a stone before christmas so cross fingers!

    I will keep you all updated on my progress :)

    I've just joined on Tuesday too, my WI was 14s6 which was a shock as my scales weighed me at 14s exactly. I'm getting married I'm 8 months and I want to lose at least 3 stone by then. Maybe we could be slimming buddies?!

    Yeah definately that would be really good, thanks :) we can egg eachother on and definately get that 3st off in the next few months ready for your wedding!

    Ive been good so far this week and havent had any syns yet, im just eating lots of fruit and vegetables to try and fill me up an it seems to be doing the trick.

    Well done! I lost 3lbs and it was a complete shock as i genuinely thought id gained, even though i hadnt eaten anything bad id just eaten a lot of the right stuff lol! If i lose another pound by next tuesday then i get my half stone sticker!! Woohoo lol!! Xx

    Om i am dreading tomorrow!! I went out at weekend an drank loads and had a chicken kebab! Back on track today and hoping that i will lose that 1lb to reach my half stone! X

    Me too, sat night my sis in law stayed and we had a Thai red curry which I made with light coconut milk but still quite high in sins, oh and 3 bottles of wine. Then last night another of my bridesmaids stayed and I did a spag Bol which was ok, but another 3 bottles of wine! Oops!!! Good job I don't get hangovers! I'm sure you'll be fine, I'll be lucky with a sts I think ;)

    Just got back from WI and i lost 1lb!! Im so happy with that cuz i got my half stone and Genuinely thought id gained so i was surprised! Back on track this week! How did you get on? Xx

    Hey, how did you get on? I i didnt go last night cuz i had to rush up to see family in north wales. But ive stuck to it and have loads more energy :) x

    I lost another 1lb but now I'm full of cold so dosing up on lozenges etc and I bet they're loads of syns! :(
