Breakfast: Muller light vanilla yogurt lightly sprinkled with dark choc 2pp, bannana 0pp. Lunch: Small round bread roll wit bread taken out 5pp, half pack John west tuna with a twist 2pp, spring onions 0pp, tomato 0pp, snackrite crunch delight 3pp,mandarin 0pp. Dinner: 75g penne pasta 6pp, red pepper 0pp, onion 0pp, garlic 0pp, chilli flakes 0pp, mushrooms 0pp, franks sauce 0pp, tomato puree 0pp,birds eye crispy chicken breast 7pp, 1/4 slice goodfellas takeaway garlic bread 6pp. Daily pp allowance 29, propoints used=31. Weekly allowance is 49, wkly used= 2.
