Extra Easy my protein novo chargrilled chicken bites

Firstly this is my first post. I have used this site a lot and its brilliant. A colleague has brought in my protein novo protein bites. The are protein crisps. Anyone know how many syns it is.

According to the Mysupernarket website there are 146 calories in a bag. So that would be 7 1/2 syns as there would be no free food allowance so you can use the 1 syn per 20 calories rule

The My Protein website says that these are 110 calories per 30g bag. As AnnaFaraday said, there is no free food allowance, so they would be 5.5 syns per bag.

Ah - the Mysupermarket calculation was for 40g bags, which explains the discrepancy. That sometimes happens with crisps and snacks and things, they come in different sizes, which can be quite confusing!
