Just a lil tip from me - stick with the protein for the first few days and then add in green leaves before you start adding in fruit etc... Are you gonna follow the Management programme?

I had my tummy tuck

I had my tummy tuck on Mon , it went really well I am feeling great.
I had my stitches out yesterday [ already ] I have had very little pain , but I am taking pain killers.I am healing really fast.
I look so good !!!!!!! I am so happy with everything I am so flat , and its only going to get better.as it is really early days.

I am back in london , doing great from my Tummy Tuck , I am so happy I had it done !!!!!!!!!!!
Mikes story is not the normal story I feel really bad for him , I think I had about the same amount of work done from what I have read
I had very little pain and a easy recovery
