My recommendation!

I have joined Spirit Health Club and am loving it so much. It's adjoining some Holiday Inn's so I suggest anyone considering joining a gym takes a look at this!

It's fantastic. They do lifestyle consultancies every 3 months and weigh, measure, take your bp and all sorts. But, you can refuse this is you like. It's all optional! They set you targets of your choice and monitor you as much or as little as possible!

The best thing I have felt is after your lifestyle consultancy, they write you your own gym programme so you know you're doing the right thing to reach that particular target.

I have specific stretches to target what i feel are my problem areas and I'm set a programme that just includes the bike, cross trainer and swimming as they are things I have told my trainer I enjoy! These are just recommendations though. You're not stuck with them!

They are so good and I think the extra targets to spur me on are really going to help! All this for only £29 a month! :eek: Very happy!:D The place is only small too, so there's never overcrowding...very often me and my fiance have the pool to ourselves!
