Hi cheeky just read through your diary you're doing great! Glad you managed to get back on track following a break as i'm planning a break in afew Weeks time and am worried I won't get back on it.
Just had a lovely if not slightly naughty meal... I had chicken, mushrooms and courgettes cooked in sharwoods balti sauce... obviously not strictly on the plan but I've been having it for a few weeks and the lbs are dropping off... 57lbs lost now and target was 70lbs before Xmas so just 13 to go
The balti sauce is lovely and spicy... Only 7.5g of carb per 100g which is more than enough for a portion.. And 5.7g of fat... I add a bit of water to help cook the veg! Plus only £1 a jar at the moment!
I guess I shouldn't be sharing my naughty things but it's yummy!!!
:-( I have the most horrendous headache today... It feels like those first few days of getting into ketosis... But surely it cant be! If it is that would mean I've not been in ketosis for a long time... Strange..
I usually drink quite a lot of tea and only had 2 cups yesterday so just had a big cup of coffee incase it's caffeine withdrawal... Taken some paracetamol and drinking lots of water... Eugh!!!
Well after a horrifically bad end to my week I ended up having too many vodkas at my mums last night... This morning I have woken up feeling starving!! Oh dear :-(
So straight back on the shakes, decided to have 2 this morning to fill me up so I put one banana and one chocolate into the blender with 2 pints of water and it's yummy... Just on my second punt now... Not going to let my bad week ruin all the good work I've done in the last 4 months!
Hey... Have moved over to slimming world.. Was struggling to be 100% with being off work, Xmas stuff coming up so made the decision to make a change!
S&s has served me well, lost over 4 stone I was naughty and didn't refeed properly.. Partly due to a horrific hang over and put 6lbs on in 3 days... Not bad considering... Joined sw on Tuesday and my weight is now back at what it was at my lowest on s&s... I guess I've been lucky!
Anyway good luck... I've still got 7 stone to lose so it's likely I'll be back in the new year!
Good for you for getting straight onto another plan while taking a break from s&s I hope I can do this over Christmas! Reefed is the key how the jiggins do we do that without messing up !! Scary thought

I'm sure you will be fine... Just do what feels right... I just knew that for me the longer I spent slowly refeeding was just long I wouldn't be sticking properly to any plan... I guess it was a gamble doing it the way I did but for me it didn't feel there was another choice!
