lol why do we torture ourselves hey?! i am exactly the same. Serial weigher!! I found mine didnt move in week 4 until the end of the week but i think it was because i was only drinking about 2l of water. On week 5 i uped the water intake and it was a MUCH better loss.

Hey Liz, try not to worry about it to much and see what happens on friday just drink plenty of water tomorrow and hope for the best, week 3 was the slowest weight loss for me so maybe it is meant to be like that, you have had fantastic weight losses the first couple of weeks so even if you only loose a pound or 2 it still all adds up :-D xx

I found that it always stayed the same, then all of a sudden I would have a 3lb loss overnight!

my wk 3 was only 2.5!
