My sis in law is getting gastric band

My hubby is not happy as he doesn't think she should do it this way but I'm happy for her. If it's what she wants who are we to say otherwise. And if it prolongs her life then it can only be good.

However, I do think she will struggle afterwards with what meagre amount she is allowed to eat and what restrictions she will have.

I can't wait to see how quickly the weight drops off her

I wish your sister-in-law all the luck in the world and everything works out for her . How are you getting on with the Xenical because I can`t seam to loose much weight with them and I`m not eating fatty stuff . Good luck and take care .

Hi Margaret.

I lost 4lb my first week with the Xenical. Second weigh in is Monday (although I have sneaked on the scales and it is coming off ).

Strange how it seems to work for some and not others
