My Sisters Wedding Slim Down

Im doing so badly! im having to start again- AGAIN!

Tuesday:
Lunch
Salad (Free) and 2 boiled Eggs (Free) with tsp salad cream (1 Syn)
Fruit Salad from Sainsburys (Free)
1 x Muller Light (Free)
= 1 Syn

Dinner
Chicken Wings in homemade chinese sauce- (3 Syns)
Sweetcorn (Free)
Mushrooms (Free)
= 3 Syns

Total Syns:
4 Syns

Water intake: 1 1/2 litres
(as im trying to drink over 2 litres a day for weight loss aid)

Wednesday:
Lunch:
Noodles- Swet and sour Mugshot (Free)
I nibbled on Be Good to Yourself Rice Cakes anyone know their syn value?!?!?

Dinner:
Bathcelors Golden Rice (Free)
Quorn meat (Free) (not sure which but have loads in freezer ready for a green day ;-)

I think I only do well when I am on green day too! I find red really hard as I always want something on the side like potatoes or pasta!

Im going to X-Factor early tomorrow and Ive been told were stopping for a McDonalds Breakfast!!!! MY FRIENDS ARE NOT HELPING ME!!!! lol ;-) xx

Lunch: -
I’ve brought into work a bunch of Muller light yogurts (3 to go in fridge)
2 x banana's
1 x wholemeal pita bread with ham in (Would this be an original day or a red day if im using the bread as HEb??)
1 x apple!

So hopefully no snacking on the chocolates someone has brought into work (I swear that’s all they do here :-( lol)

Dinner:
Lamb Chops
Iceberg Lettuce, cucumber 2 teaspoons of italian balsamic dressing
mixed veg (frozen)

1 x cooked chicken 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
1 x lean ham 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
1 x muller light
1 x banana
1 x apple

FIRST ZUMBA LESSON!!! - mega funnage!!!!

Dinner:

1 x pack of ready salted crisps
2 x apples
1 x bowl of cornflakes
