Hi everyone! I'm new here but not new to vlcd!
I've been on exante nearly4 weeks and last week my friend gave me one of her slim and save packs to try. OMG it was amazing! So amazing that nothing from my exante pack tasted nice any more. So I ordered slim and save to carry on my weight loss.
I've lost 1 stone so far, haven't blipped once (touch wood), am good at the water intake and am training for a 10k at the end of June. I'm losing weight for my wedding in September and hope to loose another 2 stone by the end of August when my final dress fitting is (the dress was ordered in my current size 16 and i really really want it to be a 12! It can be taken in up to two dress sizes so that's the aim)
My order came today and I am chomping at the bit to switch over. Wasn't a fan of bars really so I've ordered mostly meals and chocolate shake as I love to mix it with fresh mint and mint tea to make chocolate mint.
How is everyone finding the diet? Anyone come over from exante? Xx
