My Slim-Fast Diary: Losing 2 Stone

Day all done! Had some calories left over I am sticking to 1200 so enjoyed a couple of mikado diam so yummy and 11cal each!

Bring on my first weigh in :)
 
First weigh in -5lbs!! So happy :) roll on week two!

Will update tracker etc when on laptop!

So motivated for next week xx

Thursday - DAY 8

Breakfast

Birds eye rice infusions
Birdseye cod with sauce
Mediterranean veg
Green beans

Snacks
SF chocolate bar
WW Cheese and onion crisps

As you can tell I never stick to just slim fast, variety is good for me so I don't get bored and have more freedom to plan what I want to eat :)

Also done a 3mile walk this morning

TESCO light choices naan bread

Cucumber

Well I well and truly fell off the wagon!

I am back again now, and haven't put any of the weight I lost back on. Wahoo
 
How is it going vesta? I am back on 100% also wahoo
 
hiya, im new to this and also to slimfast its my first day on it, I've eaten a caramel choc bar as snack, and had cho shake for lunch, just wondering if you have to eat all 3 snacks throughout the day, 2 shakes and a whole 600 calories on a meal, and what meals would you suggest ? :) thanks! xxx
