My slimming world food diary <3

    Hello, I am new to the group. Joined Tuesday so only 2 days till weigh in eek! Think I have done ok so will post my hopefully "weight loss" on Tuesday.

    Height 5.6
    Weight 11 stone

    Sunday 23rd February

    Breakfast
    Strawberry muller light
    Apple

    Dinner
    Pepper,onion & bacon omelette
    Beans

    Tea
    syn free chips
    Cherry muller light

    Healthy extra 30g cheese 35g weetabix minis

    Also thought I would add that I have done 8miles of walking this week & drink lots of water & green tea with Lemon- love it & helps with hunger cravings :)

    So today hasn't been too bad considering iv had a tub of celebrations next to me all day at work! Nervous for tomos weigh in :-/

    Breakfast

    Muller yogurt
    Blueberries
    Apple x 2

    Dinner

    Jacket pot
    Beans

    Tea

    Syn free chips
    Cous cous
    Veg


    Healthy extra a- 30g cheese
    Healthy extra b- ryvita minis

    Syns- chocolate bar~ 15

    3 cups of mango green tea & 2 litres of water

    Didn't post on my food diary yesterday as didn't eat too much with being weighed! Lost 4.5lb in my first wk :)

    So today....

    Breakfast
    2x apples
    Muller light

    Dinner
    Sweet pot
    Cous cous
    Salad

    Tea
    Pepper, onion & bacon (fat removed) omelette
    Beans

    Healthy a- mini ryvitas
    Healthy b 30g cheese

    Syns- 3xJaffa cakes= 7 & a half & 4 rice cakes=4

    Yesterday started off so well but ended badly- so disappointed In myself! But feeling back on track today :) Yesterday Breakfast Muller light yogurt 2xapples Dinner Sweet pot Ainsley harriott rice This is where it went wrong.... Tea Nestlé munchies Phillis's phogg crisps Belvita bar Hummus Healthy a- forgot! Heathy b- ryvita minis

    2 litres of water & a 4 mile power walk :)

    So today was weigh in day and Iv lost 1 & a half lb feeling fab :) that ps 6lb in two wk!
    Eating plan was a bit all over today :-/

    Dinner
    Celery

    Tea
    Salmon
    Broccoli
    Sweet pot

    Didn't have any healthy a&b today!

    Syns- rice cakes, humous, crisps & some choc fingers, inky had this as it was treat day!

    Loved reading your diary :) how much have you to lose??

    I started cambridge diet last week, and to cut a long story short I'm off it now as I have gastroenteritis :( looking to start sw on Thursday, I done it years ago so I have a rough idea....

    What Cous Cous is it your buying? Any tips for a low humous? X x x

    Hello, thanks for reading my food diary hope it has helped you! Well I'm currently 10.8 wanting to get to 9.12 so 10lb to lose :)

    I use the Ainsley harriot cous cous & rice I love the vegetable one & sun dried tom & garlic :)
    I buy the sainsburys basics humous as I find it's the nicest one out there i know it's really fattening but it's just one of my guilty pleasures!
