SW chicken jambalaya omitted the quorn sausage and replaced it with prawns which I think it should then all be free foods in the slow cooker made with passata onion peppers lemon rice

Nearly time to go to the weigh in group eek nervous !!! I haven't planned today but will once returned - thinking cereal and fruit etc so will update shortly ?
