My Slimming World Journey.......

Im starting a food diary, today is my first ever day of slimming world and im a WW girls normally so any imput will be greatly recieved!!

B: muller light
apple

L: Chicken Breast
carrots
Onions
sweetcorn
chicken stock cube
handful lentils

D: small gammon steak
frylight egg
actifry roasties
green beans
cabbage

is this ok? xx
 
I'm still on it, had 6 100% days n weigh in tomorrow so I'm hoping for a loss!! Trying hard to trust the plan, its difficult and I'm still finding myself pointing things for ww by habit lol
 
It is hard when you have been used to ww, what with calories and points! Do put your trust in the plan and it will work for you, good luck for your next weigh in and let us know how you go on xx
 
That is a brilliant loss, you must feel so chuffed with yourself!
You can quite happily forget all about ww/points and totally indulge yourself on SW xx
 
Thanks, iv actually don't really believe it lol I was expecting 1 or 2 off but god a nice surprise!! 21 in 3 weeks is quite unbelieveable Thu, I'm half expecting to gain the next 3lol
