This is my 2nd week of doing SE, lost 1lb last week

todays menu- wed 29 sept

breakfast- 1xsachet porridge HEX B, banana, milk HEX A
snack- mandarin
lunch- stir fry veg, chicken breast, mandarin, shape yogurt
snack- fibre plus bar HEX B, 2xpink and white 5 SYN
dinner- baked cod, sweet potato wedges, salad, carrots
pudding- strawberries, grapes, muller

Todays menu-
30 sept

breakfast- 42g all bran HEX B, strawberries, milk HEX A
snack- mandarin
lunch- 2 egg omlette with ham and cheese HEX A, salad, pineapple, fibre plus bar HEX B
dinner- 2 quorn sausages, mash, carrots, runner beans, cauliflower
pudding- blackberries, strawberries, muller, smarties 3 1/2 SYN

breakfast- 1xsachet porridge HEX B, frozen mixed berries, milk HEX A
lunch- salad, tuna, mayo 2SYN, 6xcrackerbread HEX B, 4xlaughing cow HEX A, shape yogurt
snack- 2xalpen light bars 6 SYN
dinner- stir fry veg, quorn pieces, pack of batchelors low fat noodles,
pudding- strawberries, mixed frozen berries, onken fat free yogurt
