my tea

just had quiche and salad followed by triffle for my tea yum now im stuffed.

quiche , 6 eggs, bacon and mushrooms fried mixed in and cheeses triangles put in halfs here and there ,so every now and then you get a goey cheesey bit lol i dont like cottage cheese then baked in the oven .

triffle, strawberries and bannanas, mullerlight bannana and custard flavour, and low fat spray cream .

the only syns are in the cream about 1 per squirt i think i had this on a red day

Me too!!!! I've never been a fan of cottage cheese but i LOVE it in sw quiche, plus i can use a HE of strong cheddar - but i love the sound of the gooey bits!

What i love about SW quiche is it is syn free so you can have as much as you like..mmm
