My thighs no longer rub together....really strange feeling...

Well I've discovered that my thighs no longer rub together when I walk. Strange thing to say but I felt I have to share this with you guys. Makes walking so much easier!! Anyone else?!!! :giggle:

I've already noticed, only 6lbs down, that my rings are fitting better, which made my day. Can't wait to discover what benefits I realise as I go through my weight loss journey.

My thighs starting to rub together was one of the key things for me that made me realise how out of control my weight and size had got again. I look forward to that changing very soon!
