Im only having 18 points this week.


B - WW Cookie Bar - 1.5

s - Satsuma - 0.5

D - Ham salad (lettuce, tom, cucumber, ham, and a lil low fat salad cream) - 2.5

s - Jelly - 0

s - 3 Cherry tom- 0

Pie - 8
Smash - 1.5
Gravy - 1.5

& Milk - 1 Point

Marshmellow - 1.5

= 18 Points today out of my 18! Woo..

When I come home last night I had half a ham sandwich as I was starving! better then the Miss Millies my OH had, and since it was tech Friday Il add it on todays list ;)
Half ham sandwich - 3 Points.

s - 3 mini bag of haribo - 3:mad:
D - Pot Noodle Spicy Curry 'in a mug' - 2
s - WW Vanilla rice pudding - 1.5

T - ww lasagna + LOADS of salad/salad cream 5.5

18 out of 18!


= 12.5 til I get home! 5.5 for tea.. HMM!

I have forgot all my lunch today so I am going to see what I can find at the shops on my lunch break, until them im going to have to starve :eek:
