I started slimming world on Friday and thought I would share my food diary and weight loss progress with you.

So here is what I ate and drank today and what it all adds up to:

Breakfast:
- Porridge oats = HEXB
- Muller light = Free
- Melon = S
- Apple = S

Lunch:
- Boiled egg = Free
- Lettuce = S
- Yellow bell pepper = S
- Cucumber = S
- Mayo = 2.5 syns
- Cheddar cheese = HEXA

Snack:
- Orange = S

Dinner:
- Turkey cooked in butter base = 5 syns
- Cabbage = S
- Boiled potatoes = Free
- Gravy = 1.5 syns

Snack:
- Apple - S

Drinks:
- Water
- Sainsbury's orange and mango squash, no added sugar = Free

Okay so I've weighed myself and I've lost 2 pounds. I feel like that's not much on the first week of slimming world, what do you guys think? :) xx

Everyone loses weight differently, and sometimes it's people's second week where they see a big loss, or even their third. Some people not at all! Just keep going!

It's still 4 blocks of lard!

Just weighed myself again as I wasn't happy with my weigh in on Friday and I've gone down another pound! Might try a leave off having pasta and jacket potato on the same day again!

Hope you've all had a good weekend, I went out for lunch today, choose something healthy however I don't know what it was cooked it so hoping it wasn't over 15 syns. The rest of my food during the day was syn free so fingers crossed I stayed within the limits! Here's today's diary...
