Hi all,
I started slimming world on Friday and thought I would share my food diary and weight loss progress with you.
So here is what I ate and drank today and what it all adds up to:
Breakfast:
- Porridge oats = HEXB
- Muller light = Free
- Melon = S
- Apple = S
Lunch:
- Boiled egg = Free
- Lettuce = S
- Yellow bell pepper = S
- Cucumber = S
- Mayo = 2.5 syns
- Cheddar cheese = HEXA
Snack:
- Orange = S
Dinner:
- Turkey cooked in butter base = 5 syns
- Cabbage = S
- Boiled potatoes = Free
- Gravy = 1.5 syns
Snack:
- Apple - S
Drinks:
- Water
- Sainsbury's orange and mango squash, no added sugar = Free
Total syns = 9 syns
