Hi everyone,
I've been looking through the different threads, and lots of people have suggested having a food diary to help keep on track. So I've decided to go for it, and record everything that I eat. Even those days when I mess up, and eat all round me (I'd love to say that it will never happen, but I know myself better than that...
)
B - Blueberry wheats (Asda) and 125ml semi-skimmed milk, 2 mandarins, apple
L - Beef pieces, carrots, onion (left over from yesterday's cassserole), baked potato, grapes, pineapple slice
D -
I'm not sure yet. It will either be chicken fajitas (without the wraps and rice instead) or SW chips, ham and eggs. It depends on how much I want to cook by the time I get home.
Just writing this had made me realise that I really need to prepare my meals more. I'll sit down tonight and plan out this week, and see if that helps.
