i have been doing weight watchers now for over 20 weeks and it been a bumpy ride u can look at my website for track of weight lost!


wendy plan is that u can have a super high day and then u have to have super low day for me -i have 18 points a day -

so my super high day is 28 points
so my super low day is 14 points

what points do u have a day i send you a week plan

Day 1 = 24
Day 2 = 21
Day 3 = 33 SHD
Day 4 = 19 SLD
Day 5 = 23
Day 6 = 22
Day 7 = 19 WI

- i have my super high day(shd) just after my w-i
and that my treat days -
but you must have super low day (sld) the next day!

remember to eat the pointd ech day can't go over
and can't go under!

no - i done about - in total - 2hours in the week!

Day 1 = 22
Day 2 = 19
Day 3 = 31 SHD
Day 4 = 17 SLD

Day 5 = 21
Day 6 = 20
Day 7 = 17 WI

remember not to go over and don't go under = you can change to suit you but make sure you have your high day 3 days before w-i!
well if you tell me your points for a day - i will do u a wendy plan! x
day one - 26
day two - 25
day three - 41 (shd - super high day)
day four - 22 (sld super low day)
day five - 28
day six 25
day seven - 22 (w-i day)

you can change it around to suit you but make sure your shd is before the fourth day before w-i!

i can't do it at home so i go to meetings - i find it helps me more! x
How does it work
Can you eat anything same as just counting to your 27 points but you count points up to say first day 26 2nd day25 and what the other days say just with counting points can you lose weight by having high low points
Where can I see a example menu to give me a idea
