as from today im writing everything down for myself:
Breakfast:Shake

Snack:Apple

Dinner:Steak, onions & gravy

Good idea.. really helps. Write it down in your little diary too that came free with the CS pack :) And i recommend also writing down the amount of water you drunk too.

Where's your afternoon snack and your after tea snack! Remember the point of the diet is to change the speed of your metabolism by eating 6 small meals a day.. not 4 ;), dont put your body into starvation mode by not eating enough calories as it will cling onto your fat rather than lose it, and as soon as you get rid of it, it will come back twice as much! Be careful x
 
im not great for snacks very fussy maybe the odd apple or slice of ham but wont care for any other snack were allow have , water bout 2 litres a day
 
Dont worry my day is usually as follows..

Shake
apple
Shake
2 slices of ham
Dinner
apple


All i eat are apples and ham each day lol.. maybe 30g of cheese instead of ham one day.. but i just find it easier. But make sure you try to get those snacks in :)

diff going to do this so determine to succeed this time dont want to be going around this summer in baggy clothes!!!
